What Is EMSCULPT?

EMSCULPT is a highly effective, FDA-approved, non-invasive procedure that is designed to build and strengthen muscle while improving tone in areas such as the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and arms. A 30-minute session of EMSCULPT is equivalent to approximately 20,000 squats or sit-ups, and can help both men and women achieve their body goals.

How Does It Work?

EMSCUPLT works by using High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to induce supramaximal muscle contractions at a much stronger and faster rate than can be achieved through regular exercise. These vigorous contractions then trigger metabolic change in the overlying fat, leading to a destruction of some of these cells. We recommend four 30-minute treatments to be performed at least two days apart for best results.

What Does It Feel Like?

This procedure feels like an intense workout that may lead to a prickling sensation. Because it is non-invasive, it requires no downtime or pre/post treatment preparation.

How Soon Will I See Results and How Long Does They Last?

After treatment, you should begin to see increased muscle mass at about two to four weeks after you’ve completed the four-treatment series. Full results should present themselves at about three months, and improved muscle tone should last a total of six months. If you exercise regularly, you can expect results to last longer.

Am I a Good Candidate for EMSCULPT?

Most patients are good candidates for this treatment. However, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a pacemaker, or are taking medication that could interact with the EMSCULPT procedure, you may not be a candidate. Please consult with your doctor before scheduling an appointment.
